Registration
Kids Club Summer Camp operates for ten weeks, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Registration is for elementary-aged children entering kindergarten through 7th grade. Parents can register for as many weeks as needed. Weekly tuition covers all excursions, activities, bussing, crafts, and afternoon snacks. Kids Club Chapel happens every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning with live worship and biblical teaching.
Kids Club includes S.T.E.M. and S.T.E.A.M. activities during Wednesday rotations. Each week, we will feature specially themed hands-on science experiments, art design, and engineering projects to spark curiosity and encourage the development of team collaboration, problem-solving, and creativity skills.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $75 per child
Included in the registration fee is one camp T-shirt
Additional shirts can be purchased for $15 each
Kids Club provides rash guards for each child on every water excursion
Billing Schedule for the $75 Registration Fee:
Registration between March 15-March 31 will be billed on March 31.
Registrations between April 1-April 14 will be billed on April 15.
Registrations between April 15-April 30 will be billed on May 1.
Registrations between May 1-May 14 will be billed on May 15.

Payment
Credit/Debit Card and ACH are the only forms of payment accepted. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover are accepted.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued once payment has been withdrawn from your account. Please refer to the payment withdrawal schedule above for when your account will be charged. No refunds will be issued for missed days at camp or cancellations.
Drops
If you need to cancel a week, a $50 fee will be charged per family for every dropped week. Cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance. If your spot is not filled from the waitlist, you will be charged full tuition for the week registered.
T-Shirt Size
Please update your child’s t-shirt size via the parent portal to ensure we order the correct size for your child. For those who don't like to do laundry as often, additional t-shirts can be purchased for $15 each.
Groups
Kids Club creates each group based on the children's date of birth. Due to this policy, we do not take buddy requests for group placement. Placing children in groups according to their date of birth allows them to be with their peers and those with similar development and skills. However, there are many opportunities for children to play with kids outside of their group several times a week.
